Modules:

JVS I-SIM Protection Module:

JVS I-SIM is an automatic detection system for automated calls that could cause SIM blocking, I-SIM Module can handle unto 70 million whitelisted number while keeping the same performance for other calls concurrently.

Features:

  • Whitelist / Black List Database.
  • Automatic insertion of whitelisted numbers.
  • IVR CAPATCHA for unlisted number (I.E Called Number not in the whitelist database will be asked to Enter 1 to continue the call)
  • Web Management Interface for searching/viewing/deleting whitelist numbers.
  • Script is provided with source code, allows you to build more scenarios and features.

Voicemail

JVS Voicemail Modules allows users to manage massages – folders- record busy – unavailable – Away massages along with mail notification upon receiving new massages.

Calling Cards

JVS Pre-paid Calling Cards module combined with the JVS SoftSwitch provides a complete solution for offering pre-paid cards services that includes telephony service logic (IVR), Web-based account creation and account management, a real-time rating engine, and Web-based customer self-care interface. This gives service providers an out of the box solution for generating significant service revenues rapidly and cost-effectively.
Cutting-edge JVS technology is helping new service providers launch the next generation of broadband communications quickly and cost-effectively. Existing TDM-based calling card service providers can benefit from JVS Softswitch’ s all-software IVR design, single interface for customer care, card recharging and administrative functions.
